1. Eligibility :
   

   1. The "Welcoming the New Year" Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all Free Supplier, Supplier/Buyer Members and Gold Supplier Members.
   2. Employees of the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members to 4th Degree are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
   
   
2. How to Enter
   
   To be eligible to enter the Promotion:
   

   1. 1. Register as an iNegosyo Webstore member during the promotion period and post 5 products on or before the deadline for entering, you will get a chance to win an iNegosyo 1GB USB drive.
   2. If you are a current free member of iNegosyo.com and you have completed posting 5 products on or before the deadline for entering, you are entitled for a chance to win an iNegosyo 1GB USB drive.
   3. Upgrade to Gold Supplier membership  during the Promotion Period to get a chance to win a Lenovo Laptop.

   iNegosyo.com reserves the right to remove any products at our sole discretion that do not conform to our terms and conditions.
   
   Prize Draw :
   
   All Promotion entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the Prize Draw, to be held on Feb 29, 2008, 4D ODC Building, 1710 Donada Street Pasay City Philippines or such other place as determined by the Sponsor. The Prize Draw will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
   
   
3. Prizes
   
   

   1. 10 Members who are displaying 5 products or more during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win an iNegosyo.com 1GB USB drive
   2. 1 Member who Upgraded to GoldSupplier membership during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win a Dell Inspiron 1521
      
   
   
4. Notification of winners
   
   All winners will be notified by email and will be announced and posted on the website homepage.
   
   
5. General Rules :
   
   By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is offered by the Sponsor, ODC Building, 1710 Donada Street Pasay City Philippines, who is not responsible for (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise; (b) for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or the Sponsor or Promotion websites; or (c) for any human or technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties in the operation of the Promotion or the Sponsor or Promotion websites. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, the Sponsor, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond the Sponsor's control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion or access to or use of the Promotion website; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Promotion are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability to the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Promotion is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
   
   
6. Additional Conditions :
   
   Where permitted by law, as a condition of entering the Promotion, you hereby consent and give permission to the Sponsor, their respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, permission to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, print, distribute, publish and broadcast, without any obligation to compensate you, your name, city/state, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, biography, and your statement (if true), contained in, or relating to, your entry in the Promotion, including your name for and any ideas related to new Trade Forum discussion topics, in any and all advertising, marketing and promotional materials, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, except where prohibited by law, and without notice, approval or review by you. All entries become property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
   
   Where permitted by law, you and, on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, agree to release and hold the Sponsor, their respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, harmless from any and all liability for, or relating to, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that you may have, or which may arise, for any matter or cause whatsoever, including without limitation: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the Sponsor's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses or damaged of any kind, whether direct or indirect, compensatory, incidental, consequential or otherwise, to any person, including death, and property damage, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, from participation in any Promotion related activity, or from participation in the Promotion; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
   
   The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the iNegosyo.com website, to be in violation of the iNegosyo.com Terms of Use Agreement, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
   
   
7. Privacy:
   
   Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its website at http://www.iNegosyo.com.
   
   
8. Disputes/Choice of Law:
   
   Except where prohibited, each entrant: (1) agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Santa Clara County, California; (2) agrees that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall include attorneys' fees; and (3) agrees that no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded to entrant (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California law, without reference to California's choice of law rules, governs the Promotion and all aspects related thereto.
   
   
9. Winner's List, Official Rules :
   
   For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "Join Now Award" Promotion, Sponsor, c/o ODC Building, 1710 Donada Street Pasay City Philippines or (for winner's list only) send an email message to joinnow_promotiont@iNegosyo.com with "winner's list" as the email subject and contest name specified in the body of the email.
